We ship most order using UPS Ground in the 48 contiguous states. We must have a street address (no P.O. Boxes, please) for delivery. There is no delivery on weekends or holidays. If you wish, for an additional charge, we can ship your order via expedited shipping, including 2nd Day and Next Day delivery. Call for more information and rates.

Shipping costs are based on the merchandise value to each shipping address. No APO or FPO addresses or foreign countries. Mascot ships Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12:00 est on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. We will gladly accept MasterCard, visa, and Discover to place your order.

In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of one of the items that you ordered, we will substitute that item for a product equal to or greater to the value to ensure your order will arrive on time.

For all orders over $150.00, the shopping cart will not calculate the shipping but shipping will be included when your order is being processed and you will be notified of your new total via an order processing email that is sent once your order is received.
